The Nourishe cream should be called miracle in a jar! I do not have a tattoo but use it on my horribly dry winter hands. I have a friend that has horrible hands, multiple cracks, dry and painful year around, I gave her a sample to try and it was amazing--within 3 days her hands had improved by 50%, after a week she has no more cracks and she was so happy that she could button her clothing without pain. I just wanted to say thank you! I received my order in the mail today. The shipping was very fast, it only took a week for you guys to ship my order and then two days for it to get to my mailbox. I ordered perfume samples, and the little bag they came in was a pleasant surprise, as well as the handwritten note. The free sample of White Magic damage remedy conditioner was very appreciated, it smells so nice! I absolutely love each one of the perfume samples. They are all so well done. I just got the parcel with my signature scent in 4 oz. lotion and two lotion samplers in the mail. Everything was beautifully wrapped, and it felt like I was opening presents. I appreciate the mini-sugar scrub sample too.

I received my order in the mail this afternoon, and WOW! I am blown away. I've ordered from a few bath and body e-tailers and I've always been pleased with the results, but Heaven and Earth Essentials absolutely takes the cake. The packaging and presentation were a delightful surprise that would've practically made the order all by itself, and then I smelled the different products... again, wow! Every one of them smells fantastic!
L'Exploratrice Indomptable is perfect, and the two totem scents are fresh and fun and invigorating. I was also thrilled with how large the lotion sticks were; for some reason, I was thinking they'd be lip balm-sized. I'm looking forward to getting a lot of good use out of them!
Thanks very much, too, for the samples; I love them! My husband, who was blessed with a far better nose than mine, immediately picked up on the tropical aspects of "Crystal Ulani" the second I opened it (he asked if it was Hawaiian flowers), which made me smile; and I almost didn't want to use the "Joy of Dolphin" soap because it looked so delicate and pretty, but I'm glad I did. I also really appreciate receiving a lotion sample (and "White Magic" smells good enough to eat!), since I usually layer a lotion and a body spray rather than wearing perfume. This will definitely help me in my next HAEE order! After smelling everything, my husband said that we should order some scents for his mom and his little sister, so you have another fan, as well!
Again, I can't thank you enough for all your help as well as for offering your excellent products online. Speedy shipping, packaging that's both extremely professional and warmly personal, and unique fragrances that smell every bit as good as the descriptions on your website suggest... I'm sold!
My only problems now? Choosing only one scent to wear at a time, and narrowing down what to order next! Decisions, decisions. (Jan 2010)

I got my order and I am so happy. Well, I knew that I loved Raven Dance because I ordered a sample before, and I knew that I love Pacific Grove because, well, that's my town, but I had never tried Celtic Rose before and I love that as well. You always do the best rose blends and I really mean that. Thank you so, so much for sending the extra bottle of my favorite town. That was so sweet and generous of you and it really made my day.
